The electric control valve is a device that can automatically adjust and control the flow rate of the pipeline. It is suitable for continuous regulation and control of sequence and hot water in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Such as: air conditioning ventilation equipment waterway control, heating equipment hydraulic control. The working principle of the electric two-way valve is that under the action of the actuator, the valve stem drives the valve disc to move up or down, changing the flow area between the valve disc and the valve seat, so as to adjust and control the flow of medium.

Characteristic:
1. Low AC voltage reversible synchronous motor drive with magnetic clutch.
2. Movement is transmitted by gears. The output gear screw group is supported by a plane rolling bearing rotating around the central shaft, and the valve shaft is connected by a central screw sleeve and a positioning scale.
3. Valve opening indicator.
4. Manual and two additional control levers.
5. It is suitable for 15mm, 17mm or 19mm, 22mm (vb1200 / vb1300) / 24mm, 36mm, 40mm, 42mm (vb4200 / vb4300). For incremental feedback or proportional control, the stroke used is selected by a line.
6. Proportional type 0-10V or 4-20mA DC control, can be jumper selection forward or reverse operation.

Matters needing attention:
1. The drive must be protected to prevent water leakage from damaging internal parts and motors.
2. The drive must not be covered with insulation.
3. When repairing the driver, the power supply must be turned off to prevent damage to the machine parts and cause electric leakage to cause casualties.
4. Do not attempt to connect or remove wires when the power supply is connected.
5. The voltage regulating type controls the opening stroke through 0-10vdc voltage.
6. The current regulating type controls the opening stroke by 4-20mA current.
